  1. Head over to the Sanchar Saathi website (https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/).
  2. Click on “Citizen Centric Services” and then “Chakshu – Report Suspected Fraud Communication.
  3. Tell Chakshu what kind of message you got (call, SMS, or WhatsApp) and what scam they were trying to pull.
  4. Give Chakshu some more details about the message. You can even take a screenshot to show them as proof!
  5. Verify your phone number with a quick code and hit submit. Done!

Why use it?
